Please inspect your order carefully before signing for the order. Once the waybill has been signed Souk SA cannot accept any responsibility for orders that were damaged in transit.
LOCAL DELIVERY
For R45.00 we will deliver your orders to Lenasia, any orders falling outside this radius will automatically be bumped to The Courier Guy Overnight shipping and customers will be informed accordingly and will be liable to pay the difference.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Souk SA is unable to ship any order Internationally.
LATE DELIVERIES
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOUK SA WILL ENDEAVOUR TO HAVE ALL ORDERS SENT OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ONCE ORDERS HAVE LEFT OUR STORE, WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF OUR COURIER HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE DELIVERIES.
RETURNS
SOUK SA offers a 7-day exchange on all items sold; however, the customer is liable to pay the return courier fees.
We also offer a 6 Month warranty on all electronic items sold, customers are liable to return goods in original packaging and pay return courier fees to and from us.
If the product is defective, a new item sent to the customer. If the product shows signs of misuse and damage the product will be sent back to the customer at the customers cost and no refund or return will be applicable.
