For orders placed before 7am (SAST), we aim to process them on the same business day. Orders placed after 11am (SAST) will be processed on the next business day.

During major sales or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You can choose between a refund or a store credit on full-priced items.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging — unused and with all tags still attached.
• We will arrange the return courier on your behalf, unless you prefer to book your own.
• All return shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
• Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
